HEMP BIOMASS PROCESSING
We provide biomass cleaning using specialized equipment to separate the seeds, sticks and stems from the oil-rich flower. A special bag filter is used to capture fine kief that is released during the cleaning process, insuring that product loss is negligible. The finished product is concentrated biomass that provides for a faster and more efficient extraction process.
DISTILLATION SERVICES
We provide hemp crude distillation using 'Prescott Logic Technologies P1000 Short Path Evaporator.' The system utilizes a rolling element to provide a thin wiped film on the evaporative glass surface. By using a high vacuum environment during the distillation process we are able to reduce boiling points and provide precise separation of cannabis compounds.
